All sentry products are warranted for a specific period of time. Terms of warranty are dependent on the type of product and its intended use. Many of our products are warranted for a year, some for 90 days (items intended for institutional or correctional use are warranted for 30 days).

Please refer to the warranty policy included with your specific product for the exact terms and conditions.

Defective product will be replaced at our discretion if returned within the specified period of time indicated in the terms and conditions of the warranty included with your product. Sentry's warranty and return policy does not cover defects resulting from accidental damage or misuse.
